Coaching for Nurses

A 6-week, 1:1 coaching program designed especially for new nurses. Develop ways to communicate effectively with providers and coworkers to advocate for yourself and your patients. Develop strategies to prioritize tasks and organize workflow. Develop time-management skills and efficiency to operate with confidence and competence. 

Burnout is NOT a natural part of nursing. Prolonged stress in the workplace can lead to pre-work anxiety, self-doubt, sleeplessness and a host of distractions that can impact your performance and decision making. We will work with you 1:1 for eight weeks to co-develop strategies to protect your person, your license, your patients, your freedom, and reclaim your peace of mind. 

Considering moving away from the bedside into a non-clinical role? Have you reached the point in your career where you simply can't or no longer desire the high-adrenaline atmosphere? Whether by choice or necessity, transitioning in the latter years of nursing can be challenging. Ten weeks of 1:1 sessions will help you explore new avenues and strategize your transition to your next destination.
